Brian has worked in the financial sector for over 30 years at many of the UK’s leading banks including Lloyds & HSBC. He has worked in collections and, more recently, in fraud detection and prevention as a senior partner at FICO and a Director of Ecosystem Risk at Visa. He is the creator of the company’s Jackdaw™ Analytics and Contextual Evaluation Theory™ programmes and has a deep understanding of first party fraud and its impact on society.
